Description
Over the last 20 years, the United States has incorporated SDoH into its healthcare strategy. Each year, this strategy has evolved. In 2023 the United States' SDoH strategy will evolve once again as it morphs from a theory into practice through documentation. During this session, a panel of experts will review what will be expected of health and social care providers during this stage of SDoH and how organizations can leverage SDoH to succeed within value-based care.
