Antonette Brown believes in helping organizations to reach their full potential through process improvement and integration of technologies to maximize organizational capacity. She is currently a Project Manager at ArchCare a Healthcare System based in New York City. She is currently responsible for overseeing projects related to healthcare informatics, security management, and process improvement. She has been with the organization for 16 years and has collaborated on various process change and software implementation across the network. Antonette is also an Instructor at ASA College, New York City, in the Computer Science Division. Antonette earned her master's in technology management at Stevens Institute of Technology and a master's in healthcare administration with a focus in healthcare informatics at Capella University. She is currently pursuing her terminal degree in information technology and expects to graduate with her doctorate in information technology in 2023. Antonette is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (CSM), and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Antonette serves her community and nation of birth as the co-chair of the Technology Taskforce of the Jamaica Diaspora Taskforce Action Network. She is passionate about giving back to her homeland and helping to find ways to improve technology in the healthcare sector, and small businesses.
