• Data Migration & MF Merging Scenarios - Demonstrations of merging situations that routinely occur in MF environments and as a result of data migration.
• Multiple CTS/CTS EC Share/EC Share Non-CTS - Explore the new functionality available starting in Wellsky Transfusion 2019 to define multiple CTS facilities, and, to share Electronic Crossmatch information among facilities either w/ a CTS facility or non-CTS facility within a multi-facility enterprise.
• Billing Workflows - Review the billing process in Transfusion and the associated table build to support billing needs.

The four topics covered in this sessing include:

• Instrument Interfaces - Best practices for configuring instrument interfaces.  Review supported test families, instruments and future road map.
• Troubleshooting Interface Exceptions - Provide troubleshooting skills for resolving interface exceptions within the Transfusion application and a review of the database tables involved in the resolution.
• Changes Needed for Upgrades - change to HT - A general overview for upgrading and for adding facilities to an existing Transfusion database. Topics include: server recommendations, table build overview and multi-facility functionality review.
• Hematrax - Add Product Codes Into Unity - Introducing Hematrax Unity and learning how to add product codes into Unity.

Session topics include:

• ISBT Xwalk, New ISBT Code Functionality -- add HT for new codes - Demonstrate translating the new ISBT coding schema to the old coding schema; and to review the new ISBT Code functionality using non-E codes.
• Bacterial Detection Platelet Build -- HT for new codes - Explore ISBT Product Process and associated product code build needed for platelet bacterial detection testing.
