The WellSky Resource Manager Boot Camp helps clients learn the ins and outs of their solution. During this two-day, intensive learning event, clients will take a deep-dive into the solution, learning more than just tips and tricks. Join us to learn best practices that will help your organization optimize utilization.  

The boot camp is open to all WellSky Resource Manager clients using the scheduling component, or the full Resource Manager suite.

Topics covered in this boot camp will include:  

  • Creating secure user profiles  
    Your security settings regulate who can access the information within WellSky Resource Manager. Failure to properly regulate security settings can impact the consistency of your database, quality control over your appointment schedule, and protection of your patient’s PHI. During this portion of our boot camp, you will learn how to build, protect, and streamline user profiles, helping protect data and improve usability.  

  • Building easy to use scheduling templates  
    Templates can help your organization quickly create basic day-to-day schedules of your staff or resource availability. Within template, your team can utilize block and hold times. During this portion of our boot camp, you will learn how these easy-to-build templates can enhance your team’s internal and external communication by making it easier to share provider availability with patients, and with internal stakeholders.  

  • Easily manage facility authorizations  
    During this part of the boot camp, clients will learn how authorizations are created and managed in case demographics. Clients will also learn how to integrate authorizations into the patient’s appointments, helping your organization proactively track and manage authorizations, ensuring you receive payment for the care you provide.  

  • Updating user preferences  
    Preference contain basic configuration settings that control the look and filed of the scheduling grid within WellSky Resource Manager. During this section of the boot camp, you will learn how to configure your scheduling grid preferences, including display fields, color and search preferences, and more.   

  • A review of new features within WellSky Resource Manager  
    WellSky is continually developing new features within WellSky Resource Manager. During this portion of the boot camp, we will demonstrate new appointment identifiers. Clients will learn how to configure and use these identifiers on their scheduling grid and will learn how these new identifiers can enhance your facility’s scheduling workflows.
